Sade, also the name of the lead singer, was formed in 1982 where several band members broke away from a Latin soul group and decided to hone in on a jazzy R&B sound. Signed by Portrait Records in 1983, they released their first album, “Diamond Life,” in 1984. The album was a major success and was eventually certified four times platinum, with songs such as “Smooth Operator,” and “Your Love is King.”

The name says it all; John Legend is a nine time Grammy Award winner achieving solo success. He is also responsible for many hits by some of the biggest names in R&B, rap and hip hop. John is an international idol and has produced some of the most creative and groundbreaking songs of the past 10 years.

One of the most decorated singer song writers in history, Steve Wonder has recorded more than thirty U.S. top ten hits and has won an astounding twenty two Grammy Awards – the most ever by a solo artist.
