Planning for your special event or airport limo trip

There are things you should know If you have an upcoming wedding, anniversary, birthday party or special event and you are considering hiring a limousine service for your transportation needs.

The last thing you want is to wind up with a vehicle that is less than exceptional or a chauffeur who shows up one hour late. Below is a list of things you can do to insure your limousine rental goes smoothly.

1. Know your limo company.
2. Determine what king of vehicle fit your needs.
3. Next thing to ask is “how many people will this vehicle hold?” If your special event requires 8 passengers you need to make sure you communicate that to the limo company so the proper arrangements can be made. The correct vehicle makes the trip fun and worthwhile. Riding in a limo is both exciting and functional.
4. If this is a special event such as a wedding, prom or party and if you’re having photos taken, you’ll want to ask the limo company if the driver will be wearing a black suit or black tuxedo.
5. Plan your timing correctly. If this is an airport trip you’ll want to make sure to leave enough time for traffic and communicate your time lines to the limo company. If this is a special event timing means everything. Make sure your limo company and driver know your needs.
6. The most important thing is to have fun! Enjoy the ride and enjoy the friend or family you’re sharing this special ride with. Have a drink from the bar, make a champagne toast, or simply sit back and enjoy the ride to the airport!
