Keep the Olympics Going With a New York Limousine

For those that are sad to see the Olympics go, you can try your hand at just about every Olympic activity in New York City. Everything from archery to beach volleyball is within your reach. Archery

If you fancy being and archer and want to try your hand at the sport, head over to the free Urban Park Rangers class. Everything is provided there but make sure to check the schedule to see when the next class is taking place.

Beach Volleyball

This could be a full blown beach day with your New York Limousine. The Brooklyn Bridge Park has reopened its three regulation-sized sand courts for the summer. You can reserve these if you are looking to play a serious match, or just head to the beach.

Equestrian

If you prefer to compete while sitting down, head over to the Riverdale Equestrian Centre for private lessons. They are open every day except Wednesday and charge $55 for 30 minutes and $100 for an hour.

Fencing

Fancy yourself a sword fighter? If you want to get your workout in while looking sweet doing so visit the Fencer’s Club. They offer a vast amount of classes, lessons, and competitions that you can hope into this summer.

Judo

Want to be a martial arts master? Head over to Oishi Judo to start sparring right away. This club offers lessons and sessions for groups or a one-on-one style.

Shooting

If you enjoy guns and want to just shoot or learn to do so, take your New York Limousine over to Westside Rifle & Pistol Range. For $65 you will get a 20 minute primer that includes instruction, the use of a rifle, 50 rounds, and the targets. You must be 21 and submit to a background check to participate. For return visits it’s only $35 plus ammunition and targets.

Water Polo

If watching the sport has made you remember your varsity days, the masters water polo team at Asphalt Green is a place where former college players compete in local tournaments. It costs $75 a month and beginners beware, the three weekly practices are no joke.

Kayaking

There are free and pain kayak options throughout the city. There are even tours you can take on your kayak. If you hit up the Hudson tour with your New York Limousine you will find a brief lesson on techniques followed by an hour long tour.
