  8. Accept that stress is part of life. Stress exists and some stress is even beneficial for motivation and excitement. However you need to have the right kind of stress and in a proper balance.

New York is a busy city that is easy to become stressed in. Relaxing is a great skill for anyone to have, but can be very important in big cities.
